- Okay this new flu shot may have side effects and I agree it has been a rush. Most Health Workers apparently won't take the shot. They don't even take the regular flu shots. Many of us older folk do remember the panic back in 1976 when the shots may have caused serious side effects.

- He apologized and as far as I'm concerned the more attention he gets the more his type of behavior is condoned. I say ignore him and maybe the House should do that as well.

- I think he should have stopped at "I don't have all the facts". The "stupid" comment was out of line and he should have known better. He is President now and that means he can't always say what he wants and certainly should have known better.

- Weaken the levees? If they'd said they feared disease I could have seen the shooting but you look at that pig on the levee and it is simply nonsense that they would weaken the levee. They have as much right to be saved as any other creature and that includes humans.

- Flocke represents the polar bears in jeopardy in the world and that makes her more than just a bear. Is she World News like some of the things going on now? No. She is something to make us smile and think about what it might be like without any of them in the wild much less the zoo.
